Large group of men and women seated indoors
We have this very interesting photograph digitized and available for viewing the Panama and the Canal Digital Collection ( http://ufdc.ufl.edu/PCMI006168/00001) however there is no other information included in the record.

I have seen this photo before in a collection that belonged to a Construction Era Policeman. It appears that this is a court scene. Not sure who is on trail, but it could be the West Indian sitting at the table. The other man with the tall boots sitting at the table is a Police Officer.
