    All I can tell you is “Balneario Ojo de Agua”  is a very large pool in Costa Rica thatis feed by fresh water from a large Spring. and to my knowledge it is still operationaltoday in or near San Jose. cleve

    If this is in Costa Rica, perhaps it is associated w/the swim team from the Canal Zone that went to Costa Rica in 1952 (later picture in this series).
