The Gypsies must have played the Meat Balls, since the photos are of the same year (1946) and were apparently organized by the same person in 1959.

The picture took back then with those young ladies at that time looks great. The court in the background looks similar to the tennis court adjacent to the Albrook Park apartments, in The former Albrook Air force base, to this date. I was borne in Gorgas hospital in 1948, and did not have any knowledge of the Gypsies team. However, I would do some research on this issue. any results found would be shared with you folks.
