    When I zoomed in see if I could ID the two military men……..I took another look at the blonde baby,. I am almost sure the child is an Albino Kuna indian. I recall that was prevalent among the Kuna. Also of note was the lack of military appearance standards during that time period. White socks and “crushed” hat on one of the officer’s.

    Kuna Indians have the highest percentage in the world of children born albino. Called “moon children” the are perceived to have special powers at certain times and have special bows and arrows to shoot away the “evil” when it comes to hide the moon e.g. lunar eclipse.
